I first learned of Michelle Poler through a webinar where she was a guest speaker. I was so motivated by her that I immediately started following her. What was it that made her stand out? Her energy and enthusiasm for life. During her speech she told of her 100-Day challenge to face her fears. Just hearing her describe some of her challenges I knew that I too would challenge myself to do something I had struggled with all of my life for 100 days. What did I choose? I gave up sweets! Did I complete the challenge? Almost. I made it to day 98.
Michelle really knocks it out of the park with this, her first book. She discusses in great detail the highs and lows she faced on the road to her success. If you’re looking for motivation and inspiration this book is one you should definitely read.
This is an interactive book and I would suggest keeping a notepad nearby while you’re reading it, especially if you plan on sharing the book with others when you’re done reading it.
Who would I recommend this book to? Anyone who may have self-esteem issues, or looking for motivation and inspiration. We all have the ability to be who or whatever we want. Michelle does a great job of showing us how to achieve our goals.
